I would if I could, but there's certain materials that I can't make. Iron and steel, to be precise. And guns have those materials, at least the ones that I know of.

Though, for a vampire, I'd advise something on the order of a wooden stake, maybe some holy water or garlic.

Oh, believe me, I plan on making a stake. The only problem is... I don't know what works on real vampires, and what's just in the stories. And... I'd rather not have him get within arm's reach of me. I know a gun wouldn't kill him, but I bet a bullet in the knee would slow him down enough for me to get away.

...It's not just Harth, either. I keep hearing things about this Belldandy person, and now that tentacle-thing by the greenhouse... it's this whole place, Otogi. It terrifies me.
